To incentivize mailers to grow their volume in Calendar Year 2024 (CY24), the Postal Service will be issuing credit to mail owners who grow qualifying 一流的邮件 or Marketing 邮件 volumes in CY24 relative to corresponding volume in CY23. Participants must meet all other requirements.

Participants must create 通知交货 campaigns through the 邮件 Campaign Portal or submit their campaign elements via eDoc submission. 邮件ers that meet the ID Promotion requirements will receive their 4% promotion discount at the time of mailing.
